ANALYSIS: As the numbers suggest this was a wide open handicap but again the stands' side rail prevailed with the quartet who raced on the far side well beaten.
PANGO followed up his recent Epsom success off a slightly higher mark. He seems to reserve his best for undulating courses as he has only ever won here and at Epsom. He has scored over further so that gives connections a few options as long as the handicapper does not over react.
Blue Trojan ran as well as could be expected from his disadvantageous low draw. Although he is on a career high mark there may well be some more to come given the context of this race.
Dumnoni had every chance while Hurricane Coast does not seem the easiest to place on turf even though he is rated lower than on the all weather.
Tuscarora and Annijaz were both doing good work in the closing stages and could be about to hit peak form.
Goodenough Mover is now handicapped up to his best and he will have to await for the official assessor to relent while A One attempting to win his second race in four days, was slightly disappointing and may need more time between races.
