ANALYSIS: A modest contest, and a dramatic one with the headstrong Danceinthevalley soon building up a clear lead, running wide on the home turn, but still being well clear of his rivals entering the last two furlongs. It was only then that his stride began toshorten and he was eventually worried out of this race inside the last. If only he can learn to settle, he can surely win something similar.
Honours went to REVOLVING WORLD, who, having raced keenly in the chasing group, stayed on dourly to get ontop inside the last. This was an encouraging effort on his first run of the season.
Hits Only Life
, wearing first-time blinkers, only just failed. Danceinthevalley finished a clear third-best. The remainder were led by Tiltili, who was comfortably held. Desert Lightning, stepping-up in trip, was unable to get in a blow.
