ANALYSIS: LIBERTY RUN confirmed his liking for the track with a third course win in this weak contest.
The step down in trip was no problem with conditions testing, and Wassfa set up the race for him as the pair came clear from over 2f out.
Liberty Run got the stands' side run on his rival and was always holding the Wassfa, who was backed to lose her maiden tag on her 18th start. This superbly bred filly remains a sore disappointment. She failed to fire when tried over 1m4f on occasions previously, so that she was rallying here should not raise hopes of better to come up in trip. The rest were beaten nearly out of sight, with another maiden Mamichor filling third without ever getting into contention.
